How to apply for DACA consideration

DACA has allowed more than 800,000 Dreamers to live and work in the United States without worrying about possible deportation. Learn how to apply for DACA consideration.

DACA immigration policy benefits certain undocumented immigrants who came to the United States as minors and who meet certain requirements.

Either the initial petition or a renewal, the applicant must file with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Form I-821D Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Available at the following link: https://www.uscis.gov/es/i-821dRenewal can be done between 150 and 120 days before your previous application expires.

They will also need to complete forms I-765 Application for Employment Authorization and I-765WS Worksheet.
