For people who will access permanent residence through employment, the form to submit is Form I-140, the cost of which is 700 USD. And people who apply to obtain their Green Card through kinship must fill out Form I-130, at a cost of 535 USD.
For the renewal of the Green Card, which is valid for 10 years, the holders must complete the I-90 form and pay 455 USD. In addition, depending on the case, there may be an additional fee of 85 USD for the registration of biometric data.
