The personal data obtained during the vaccination process cannot be used at any time for civil, criminal or immigration purposes; they are only authorized to be used for the benefit of public health. In other words, undocumented people can receive the COVID-19 vaccine without worrying about handing over their personal data.
Some states even have translation services if the person receiving the immunization does not speak English.
