On November 10, UNAM San Antonio will host the Chicano Dialogues webinar.
The Dialogues Chicanos event will be held through Zoom el November 10 7 PM West Coast, 6 PM Central and 4 PM Pacific. It will have the participation of Dr. Jerry García of Seamar, Erin García from Chicanos por la Causa and Guillermo Sheridan from UNAM.
Jerry García earned his Ph.D. from Washington State University, is a specialist in ethnic studies and conducts research generally related to Latin American studies, Chicano studies, US history, and Asians in the Americas.
On the other hand, Erin García, is the vice president of Social Services and Education in the organization Chicanos por la Causa, which fights against discrimination against Mexican Americans.
Finally, Guillermo Sheridan, a renowned Mexican writer and researcher at the UNAM Center for Literary Studies.
