De tal manera que algunas personas no tienen que presentar su declaraci\u00f3n federal de impuestos, si sus ingresos son inferiores a cierta cantidad. El IRS cuenta con una herramienta que permite conocer si el usuario requiere presentar su devoluci\u00f3n de impuestos: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irs.gov\/help\/ita\/do-i-need-to-file-a-tax-return\">https:\/\/www.irs.gov\/help\/ita\/do-i-need-to-file-a-tax-return<\/a><\/p><p>En este sentido, los inmigrantes sin documentos deben cumplir con sus responsabilidades de recaudaci\u00f3n fiscal en Estados Unidos. Los impuestos al ingreso tambi\u00e9n aplican para ellos. En el caso de los inmigrantes indocumentados evadir el pago de impuestos puede resultar en mayores posibilidades de deportaci\u00f3n y menor oportunidad para arreglar su estatus migratorio.
