The administration of President Joe Biden seeks to establish an alliance with non-governmental organizations (NGOs), dedicated to migration and Human Rights issues, to identify migrant families in vulnerable situations in Mexico.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In early 2020, the previous administration established a public health policy called Title 42, which empowers border officials to expel migrants who are on the border between Mexico and the United States. However, currently at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), they are working on a system to identify migrant families and not allow them to be expelled from the United States.<\/p>

La administraci\u00f3n del presidente Joe Biden, busca establecer una alianza con organizaciones no gubernamentales (ONG), dedicadas a temas de migraci\u00f3n y Derechos Humanos, para identificar a las familias migrantes en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad en M\u00e9xico. A principios del 2020, la administraci\u00f3n anterior, estableci\u00f3 una pol\u00edtica de salud p\u00fablica llamada T\u00edtulo 42, que da facultades a funcionarios fronterizos de expulsar migrantes que se encuentren en la frontera entre M\u00e9xico y Estados Unidos.  Sin embargo, actualmente en el Departamento de Seguridad Nacional (DHS, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), se encuentran trabajando en un sistema para identificar a familias migrantes y no dejar que sean expulsadas de Estados Unidos. \u201cEstamos trabajando para simplificar un sistema e identificar y procesar legalmente a personas particularmente vulnerables que justifican excepciones humanitarias bajo la orden\u201d, dijo Sarah Peck, portavoz del DHS. Adem\u00e1s, reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo realizado por ONGs en M\u00e9xico y otras organizaciones internacionales: \u201cEste proceso de excepci\u00f3n humanitaria implica una estrecha coordinaci\u00f3n con organizaciones internacionales y no gubernamentales en M\u00e9xico y pruebas de covid-19 antes de que los identificados a trav\u00e9s de este proceso puedan ingresar al pa\u00eds\u201d.
