That is, if the applicant is: spouse, minor son or daughter, mother or father of a United States citizen. Los ciudadanos estadounidenses que busquen que sus familiares inmigren a Estados Unidos, deben presentar el Formulario I-130, Petici\u00f3n para un Familiar Extranjero: https:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/es\/i-130.
