Tambi\u00e9n, el cambio clim\u00e1tico y factores sociales, provocan alteraciones en nuestra mente y cuerpo.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con investigadores daneses del Journal of World Psychiatry, un mes antes del cambio de horario hacia el invierno, aumenta la depresi\u00f3n invernal en un 8% (conocido tambi\u00e9n como trastorno afectivo estacional).<\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El lado positivo de todo esto, es que s\u00ed hay una soluci\u00f3n y se trata de los alimentos antidepresivos para soportar el fr\u00edo que este grupo de cient\u00edficos elabor\u00f3, ya que los que contienen fuentes m\u00e1s densas de nutrientes previenen depresiones y hacen que nos sintamos bien en general.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Estos alimentos son:<\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Acelgas<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Berros<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Col rizada<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Espinacas <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Hojas de mostaza<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Nabo<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Ostras<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Alimentos fermentados:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> yogurt cultivado, k\u00e9fir, kimchi, kombucha y chucrut. Est\u00e1n llenos de bacterias saludables que favorecen la producci\u00f3n de serotonina.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Br\u00f3coli, esp\u00e1rragos, cebollas, ajos, alcachofas, legumbres y frijoles:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> contienen prebi\u00f3ticos que \u201cfertilizan\u201d las bacterias saludables en el intestino y hacen que crezca, adem\u00e1s de ser ricos en fibra. <\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Caballa, salm\u00f3n, at\u00fan fresco, arenque y trucha: <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">sus grasas poseen omega 3, que forma la membrana externa de las neuronas del cerebro, ayudando a combatir la depresi\u00f3n. Se recomienda su consumo dos veces por semana. <\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Vegetales con hojas verdes: <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">fuentes de vitamina B, hierro y magnesio, que mejoran nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Por \u00faltimo, la doctora Felice Jacka, psiquiatra nutricional y jefa del Centro de Alimentos y Humor de la Universidad de Melbourne, asegura que &#8220;de todo lo que hemos investigado hasta la fecha, podemos decir con seguridad que la calidad de las dietas de los adultos est\u00e1 relacionada con su salud mental. Las dietas altas en alimentos integrales como verduras, frutas, cereales integrales, frijoles y legumbres, nueces y semillas, pescado y aceite de oliva se asocian constantemente con un menor riesgo de depresi\u00f3n mientras que las dietas altas en bebidas azucaradas, alimentos procesados y carbohidratos refinados est\u00e1n constantemente relacionadas con un mayor riesgo de esta\u201d.
