En casos m\u00e1s extremos, y si es prolongado abusar de la sal, podr\u00eda contribuir a enfermedades como obesidad, esclerosis m\u00faltiple o hipertensi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Por todo lo anterior, te dejamos esta lista de alimentos que contienen mucha sal y probablemente no sab\u00edas:<\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Embutidos:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> son de nuestros consentidos porque nos sacan de cualquier apuro, pero tristemente tienen much\u00edsimo sodio, que es lo que usan para el curado. <\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Pan industrial:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> podr\u00edamos pensar que en su mayor\u00eda son dulces, y deber\u00edan tener m\u00e1s az\u00facar, pero no, son ricos en sal y adem\u00e1s en grasas y aditivos. <\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Sopas condensadas:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> otro alimento que es f\u00e1cil de preparar, pero tienen demasiada sal. La mejor opci\u00f3n, son las sopas caseras. <\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Mantequilla:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> la mantequilla o margarina, tiene una gran cantidad de sal; 200mg por cada 100g. Una opci\u00f3n saludable para sustituirla es el aceite de oliva. <\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Salsas preparadas:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> si las hacemos nosotros, es mucho mejor, ya que las industriales tienen m\u00e1s calor\u00edas, az\u00facares, grasas y sodio. <\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Pan:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> no falta en ning\u00fan hogar, pero tambi\u00e9n tienen m\u00e1s sal de la que deber\u00edan tener, con unos 1.5g por 100g. Lo m\u00e1s recomendable es comerlo con medida. <\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Conservas:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> de entrada, no son lo m\u00e1s ideal, pero si no hay otra opci\u00f3n, hay que tener mucho cuidado al momento de comprarlas, porque la sal en exceso hace que duren por mucho tiempo.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p align=\"justify\"><a name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">V\u00eda: \u00a1Hola!
